Who We Are

Vikataestate, founded on July 19, 2020, began as a proprietorship firm providing land surveying and building design services and soon earned trust through successful projects with clients like CESC, Hindustan Unilever, and the RPSG Group. With visionary leadership from Seaman Sarkar and Sumit Sarkar, the company expanded its focus toward national skill development and employment initiatives. By 2022, Vikataestate became an active contributor to India’s apprenticeship and training ecosystem through NAPS and NATS partnerships. Today, it stands as a key player in empowering youth with industry-aligned skills, connecting students, training institutions, and employers across India.

How long does onboarding take? ▼
Typically 2–4 weeks from signing the MoU. This includes trainer deployment, kit delivery, and student enrollment setup.
Is there any upfront cost for schools? ▼
No upfront infrastructure cost. Schools pay only for program fees collected from students. We provide trainers, kits, and curriculum.
What is the minimum batch size? ▼
Minimum 40 students (4 classes) for the starter package. We also offer 120-student and 200-student packages.
Do students get government-recognized certificates? ▼
Yes. Every student who completes the program receives an SK Technology certificate, and advanced students are eligible for NATS apprenticeship programs.
